RETURNS & REFUNDS
Returns
Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving the order.
All returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached. Returns must be approved before items are sent back.
Approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and the remaining balance will be refunded after the return is received and inspected.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Final Sale Items
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange:
• Sample sale items
• Livestream auction items
• One of a kind sample pieces
• Clearance or promotional merchandise
These products are sold at special pricing and cannot be restocked once sold.
Defective Items
For any defective, damaged, or incorrect items, please contact us within 14 days of receiving the order.

Refunds
Refunds are processed through our payment provider Shopify Payments and typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your bank account once approved.
If an item is out of stock, customers may choose to:
• Place the item on backorder (shipped when restocked), or
• Receive a refund through Shopify Payments
